As we plan to establish the permanent New England Buddhist Vihara and Meditation Center, our first step is to purchase a suitable house in a peaceful and quiet area not too far from the city. We estimate that this will require approximately $300,000. We plan to raise this amount and additional funds required to maintain the center, its services and its resident monks through a series of fund raising events and charitable donations.
